<b>LV-USBasp: well-known USB programmer for Atmel AVR microcontrollers with low-voltage front-end</b>

<p>Features:<ul>

<li>possibility to supply target with fuse-protected USB 5V as well as voltage from external power supply
<li>guaranteed to work with target's supply voltage as low as 2.6V
<li>ISP lines with powerful drive capabilities and RC networks to filter out ringing
<li>target reset button
<li>bidirectional serial interface connector (not yet supported by software)
<li>single-sided board with only 3 wire jumpers
<li>PCB easy to prepare with thermotransfer method (traces width 16 and 24 mils) and easy to solder with mixed mount technology (1206 is the smallest footprint, no SMD ICs)
<li>only common parts, which are cheap and easy to get
<li>uses original USBasp firmware and drivers (only version usbasp.2007-10-23.tar.gz and newer!), no need to recompile anything
